Meet the Hosts

  • Michael Gansl

    After founding and leading NETLAN, a leading systems integration company, for fifteen years, Mike became a highly in-demand business advisor, specializing in working with both leaders and teams of individual contributors to implement business development and revenue growth opportunities. He has developed sales and marketing plans and operations for both early stage and mature companies, and raised debt and equity financing for numerous companies both as an investment and commercial banker.

    In his spare time, he is passionate about wine and collects antique toy soldiers. He is co-Founder and The Seasoned Voice of Reason” of Voice of Reason Consulting.

  • Matt Plociak

    Matt is a serial entrepreneur and author with over thirty years of experience in managing various small and large businesses. Along with Michael Gansl, he co-founded and managed NETLAN through 15 years of computer services industry changes, culminating in a successful sale of the firm to a NASDAQ listed e-commerce B2B company. As CFO for a 240-unit Manhattan co-op, he refinanced the buildings underlying mortgage for $22M, which enabled the creation of a $10M reserve fund.

    In his spare time, he loves biking, skiing, and golfing (and also wine). He is co-founder of Voice of Reason Consulting.

  • David Hoffman

    David is the founder and Creative Director of CitizenRacecar, and the Executive Producer of Racecar Radio.

    He lives in Queens with his wife and two kids, where he enjoys reading, cooking, birdwatching, 60’s soul music, and BBC detective shows.
