Meet the Hosts

  • Caesar

Voted Aggressor Magazine’s “Sexiest Brit of the Century” the multi-platinum selling, Grammy-winning frontman of the Great Wild Stars cut his teeth in the streets of East London and has cut his hair many times since. Since pioneering the “Glunk” Movement, this living icon has refused to be pinned down by any one sound and remains a master of stylistic subterfuge. He has performed the greatest venues in the world, left psychic scars on millions of devotees and “taken a piss” on Hollywood films, television and even on Broadway! Always one to revel in the profane and sacred with equal measure, Caesar has moshed with the Dali Lana, arm-wrestled Angela Lansbury, and continues to confound and astound as one of the last torchbearers for rebellion in rock music today.

  • Leopold

Leopold doesn’t like to write about himself in the third person, so he asked me to write (I’m his friend, Gary). And I’m going to write something nice about him – as I understand people will be reading this. Leopold is one of the guys; we used to see him stumble in to the Triangle Club like a little lost puppy; he quickly became one of its big dogs. Leopold is a brilliant musician… he has this parlor trick of playing classical versions of songs that should never be played classically. And of course, he was co-founder of The Great Wild Stars, a band which a lot of people have had to reckon with. I’ve never met his family, but I’m sure his wife and kids are lovely.
